Order a new print for your roll up banner.
You still have a perfectly fine aluminium cassette and only want to replace the print. A good idea, this saves money and is good for the environment! For every roll up cassette, we offer the option to order a new print. Depending on your roll up cassette, it will be easier or more difficult to replace it. Some cassettes use click system and other cassettes use adhesive strips.
When replacing a print, it is very important that you place the supplied pin of the roll up banner in the cassette after you have pulled out the print as far as possible. Often the pin is situated at the bottom of the cassette. If you do not place the pin, the spring will roll up very quickly, which is dangerous for you and your environment, and in addition, the cassette will no longer be able to be used. We recommend that you fix your new print securely with tape on the bottom and to press the click frame at the top firmly.
Roll up material
The prints for the roll up banners are available in three different materials: Roll Up Film (Premium), PVC Banner 510 (B1) and Ferrari Decolit (B1/M1). In short, Roll Up Film (Premium) is of photo quality, it does not warp and it is glossy. The PVC Banner 510 material has a silky gloss, has a B1 fire resistant certificate but does warp a tiny bit. The print is sharp but is not of photo quality. The Ferrari Decolit material is a little more expensive but offers everything; it does not warp, it has a B1 and M1 certificate, razor-sharp print and a matte finish. Detailed information and the certificates can be found on the page about materials. Prints are fixed in the cassette with adhesive tape (3M tape) and a clamping profile at the top. The clamping profile should be clicked onto the stand.
